Terms of Agreement
This
plan covers only labor services.
Customers will be charged
additionally for parts and software if needed.
The computer must be in good operating condition at the
time the contract agreement is signed.
Town Computer Service
Plan Agreement applies only to the PC or Laptop for which it was
issued. At the
signing of the contract agreement, if the computer doesn’t have
a serial number, Town Computer will assigned a unique number to
the computer in substitution of the serial number.
Any attempt to remove
the serial number or the assigned number from the computer or in
the case that the serial number is ruined to the point that it is
no longer legible, may cause the cancellation of this service
agreement. The technician or any employee of Town Computer can
deny service if the serial number of the computer doesn’t match
with the serial number on the service plan agreement.
The
Service Plan Agreement is transferable with the ownership of the
PC or Laptop for which it was assigned. If the PC or laptop is
given away, traded, or sold, the service plan can be transferred
to the new owner.
