Thank you for your interest in Town Computer, it is recommended for you to read this text. After downloading and installing our dialer, you must activate your account. To activate your account you can call Town Computer at 617-298-0357 or 1-877-298-0357 or you can apply online by clicking here.

This is an agreement between Town Computer and you. Town Computer will provide you with an unlimited Dial-up Internet connection for a monthly or annual fee. By downloading and installing the Town Computer-provided software and establishing an account with Town Computer or any of our affiliates, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including future revisions, and to use the Service in compliance with the current Town Computer Acceptable Use Policy.

Technical Support:  Town Computer will provide technical support by telephone or through the Internet.  There will be an additional charge for any problems that require a home visit.  The speed of our Internet service can vary depending on location, line quality, inside wiring, Internet traffic, quality of your computer and other factors beyond the control of Town Computer.

Telephone Charges:  Town Computer provides local access numbers in most City and Town across the US and Canada. It is your responsibility to choose a number that is in your local calling area if you don't find a local number in our dialer, please call Town Computer.  Town Computer is not responsible for any long-distance, toll, or other charges you incur if you do not choose a local access number.

Prices:  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Town Computer reserves the right to modify the price of the Internet service in the event major price changes occur in the Telecom industry, thereby making this price list invalid.  Town Computer has made every effort to create a price list that will withstand minor variation of telecom pricing, but major shifts in telecom prices will require this price list to change.

Cancellation:  You can cancel your account with Town Computer at any time.  If you choose to end your service before the end of your contract, a 15% service charge plus the amount due to cover the current month will be subtracted from any amount previously paid to Town Computer.  The initial set-up is free providing that you keep the contract until the end.  Upon early cancellation of your contract, you agree to pay the fee of $45 for the home visit.
