Each and every laptop or PC is handled with care by factory certified technicians with at least five years of experience. We offer wholesale and retail laptop and PC repair. We successfully repair on average of 85 PCs and laptops every day.

To make it convenient for our busy customers, Town Computer offers free pickup and delivery. If you live more than 10 miles away from one of our repair centers, we offer free shipping through UPS. A shipping fee may be applied to out of state customers.

Important Information -

Town Computer charges a flat rate fee of $59.99 for PC repair and $79.99 for laptop repair in Massachusetts. For customers outside Massachusetts, check the chart above for current rates. We offer free pick-up & delivery, free shipping and on-site services from 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat.

The flat rate fee is non-refundable and covers only the labor costs of repair, it does not cover replacement parts. All replacement parts, if needed, must be paid in advance before being installed in the PC or laptop.

Our turn around time for PC and laptop repair is approximately 48 to 72 hours. This turn around rate depends upon the availability of any necessary replacement parts.

Limitations of Liability -

1. Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $79.99 for laptop repair and/ or $59.99 for PC repair, if the customer resides in Massachusetts, to cover the cost of troubleshooting and repairing the merchandise. Outside Massachusetts, the customer agrees to pay the current rate reflected in the chart above.

2. Customer assumes all risk of loss of data from any and all causes or in any way related to or resulting from the repair or service of merchandise by Town Computer. You release Town Computer from any claim or liability related to any loss of data for any reason whatsoever, including due to any negligence of Town Computer. You agree that you are fully responsible for backing up all existing data before repairing or servicing hardware, and Town Computer will have no liability for any reason whatsoever if you do not do so.

3. Town Computer will not be responsible for items left over 30 days from the date of Town Computer's notice to you.

4. Unless you pay for priority service, services are performed on a first come, first serve basis.

Limited Warranty -

1. All replacement parts and service are covered by a 30-day warranty.

2. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Town Computer, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventative maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components that are not compatible with the equipment.
